Retro OS Portfolio

I’ve always been super inspired by Operative System experiences in web design, so during past Xmas Holidays I opened Lovable and Firefly and started to build my own OS Portfolio. I was able to finish it in less than two weeks and it’s been one of my most successful projects.

The portfolio works like a desktop old school operative system, with dragable windows that can be closed and overlayed together, but responsive in this case. It’s also fulled of useless classic apps like: paint, docs, music player, skate mini game, guestbook and many visual settings to custom the site  (different background illustrations, CRT different effects) and even a customizable screensaver.

The response has been amazing, so many people has left messages in the guestbook, a few of them have created some cool pixel art illustrations and I even got a few web design awards and featured articles.
