Loyalty coupons for the digital era​

HEMA is a very well known Dutch brand with almost hundred years of history. When the company created a new Visual Identity TBWA contacted me to help them create the MVP of the new Loyalty Mobile App. 

The Challenge

The challenge was to deliver the full MVP with an easy setup process and intuitive registering experience, so any user, regardless of their age or tech background, could migrate easily to their new digital coupon experience. And this needed to be done quickly

It was a very intense couple of months period where I deliver the Workflows, Design System, Prototype and Onboarding templates of this first version of the Hema Loyalty App. The validation was done internally in the Hema HQ. It was an extremely challenging project due to the time constrains but the result was approved in the expected time frame.
