LAST PROJECTS
HP 3D
DESIGN SYSTEM

I started to work with the HP 3D Printing – Front Panel team in 2020. At that time they were starting to import all the sketch legacy files into Figma. That was only one of the tasks on the calendar, the team was creating new flows and features for the upcoming printing machines too.
I had some experience working with Figma Design Systems and Libraries so you can imagine who got in charge of getting the new 3D Printing library done. It took me three months almost full-time to get a first working version of the design system and it’s a work I’m very proud of.
We worked using Design thinking as our global framework. We tried to understand our users, challenging assumptions, redefining problems and creating new solutions which we prototyped and tested internally and with real users.
This was achieved trough a continuous iterative process. Our goal was to identify alternative design solutions that weren’t obvious with our previous level of understanding.
Miro and Figma became my besties for a few months. We did many online creation workshops with the teams in American and Spain working together. We tried to look for simplified interactions trough sketching and asking again.
Thanks to all the amazing features Figma has been adding lately they facility to create designs systems has increased exponentially. But everything comes with a trade off, isn’t it? Yeah, you need to learn new stuff, delete old stuff, and re-make both things together, that can be a lot of work.
THE DUDES NFTS
Side project

Cinema 4D and whatnot
As I was saying I got quite hooked into the NFT scene. So much I felt I needed to learn 3D art and create my first piece ASAP. It took me one month but I created a ridiculous collection of cannabis creatures combined with crypto coins. I sold a couple of them.
THE DUDES WEB
Once I got the collection up and running on Opensea I focus on having a decent landing page of the project (it was a coming soon pop up till then). After a few quick drafts in Figma I jumped into my the site and started to recreate the ideas on Elementor.
You may have read about people getting filthy rich with NFT projects. This is not the case, but I still feel like The Dudes have been a successful project. Selling 120 pieces of art to 51 different people it may be look small compared with big collections, but considering this projects has been created by only one person it doesn’t sound bad at all.
SELECTED WORKS
A selection of a few of my favorites

Sibarita Branding

Nacar Portfolio
Hermès Styleguide
I was hired by AKQA Amsterdam to create the style guide of the new E-commerce and Blog Global site for Hermès. This project required a deep understanding of the brand principles to explain them in a easy-to-follow manual.

AI AND DESIGN
I’m interested in what is happening in the Tech and Design communities and lately I’ve been working with AI. I use Midjourney and ChatGPT to create moldboards, concepts and framework utilities.

TEACHING
I’ve been invited to do several webinars for Ironhack, a leading international tech school with a focus on UX/UI design.
